Medical Administration Procedure

EMERGENCY ROOM COVERAGE
For cases requiring urgent health, you have to submit the Emergency Room staff with the following documents:
The hospital registers the case and informs MEDNET Hostesses
You’ll then determine the terms and conditions of the coverage, and you’ll only need to settle the access deductible, if applicable.
IN-HOSPITAL STAY COVERAGE
For cold cases, you can choose to contact AFHIL’S office, which will asisst you in submitting the pre-admission formalities at the hospital, or you can address yurself directly to the admission desk of the hospital which will register the case and inform MEDNET Hostesses. In both cases, you should submit:
- Identity Papers
- AFHIL Card
- The attending physician must fill and sign the medical report for admission, attaching recent laboratory or diagnostic results.
- Emergency cases like doctor consultation and revision remain uncovered.
OUT-AMBULATORY COVERAGE
With The ambulatory coverage, if applicable on your AFHIL card, you should submit the following:
- Identity card
- AFHIL card
- Medical Report not exceeding 15 days,signed and stamped by the physician specialized in his field
